I called Ohana on a Saturday, expecting voicemail, but got a real person who scheduled an appointment on Monday. We managed to get the door working again, but kept the appointment to have Ohana check our work and service the door. Mark arrived in a timely matter, inspected (and approved of) our repair, and then serviced the door. He also adjusted the safety feature that causes it to raise if it hits something (which was not working well - I didn't even know it had that feature). The door is MUCH quieter now and safer. Very happy with the service!
