Service Is Sweet With Ohana Garage Doors!

Ishmael was really friendly and explained everything to us. He tuned up our garage door, now it's perfectly aligned and quiet. He also mentioned that when for some reason the problem reappeared, they can check it again as part of the previous tune up.

Nicholas did a very professional job. He came for the tune up and then showed me why door was making so much noise, he also replaced the rollers and tightened all the bolts, replacing over 30% that were stripped. My garage door now rolls smoothly. Good work!

Helpful and efficient service from initial call to completion of my garage door repair. Technician Drew did an excellent job of explaining the issue with the garage door to me and the available options to fix it. Overall I'm pleased with Ohana's service and price and will recommend them to others.

Ohana Garage Door Repair were absolutely great! My garage door cable broke along with the spring. Everyone from front office to the technician (Chris) very helpful, experienced, professional, and listened. In particular, Chris, took the time to listen and ensure there was a good understanding before any work started. Kept me informed during the whole process. Appreciate it! Ohana clearly has great people on their team—and it shows in the quality of their work and service.

Ohana Garage Doors was fantastic! They took care of my father-in-law’s garage door and mine in a single day, and the results were excellent. The technicians were extremely cordial, professional, and respectful of our homes. Communication was clear, the work was done efficiently, and everything operated perfectly before they left. I highly recommend Ohana Garage Doors for fast, reliable, and top-quality service!

Great experience all around. Our garage door was LOUD and slow. The call to Ohana was easy, they found a time that worked with my schedule to diagnose the problem. The technician was awesome! Knowledgable and professional. I didn’t need a new door, just some maintenance, which solved my problem. Great customer service from a great company.
