The spring rod on my garage door pulled its bracket out of the wall and bent like a bow. Drew was able to come out the next morning and replace the rod, bracket, and springs, without trying to replace any of the parts that didn't need it. He also checked and oiled everything, and replaced some of the old bolts that were getting suspicious. Very happy with the work and the attention to detail. Very friendly to work with.

Ishmael was really friendly and explained everything to us. He tuned up our garage door, now it's perfectly aligned and quiet. He also mentioned that if for some reason the problem reappeared, they can check it again as part of the previous tune up.

Nicholas is very professional. He picked up after himself, walked me through the operation of the door, remotes, and panel, and set the remote built into my car. The work has a lifetime warranty on parts and 10 years on labor. Maureen on the phone was also very friendly and helpful. I intend to use Ohana for annual maintenance. My highest rating, A+.
